Rebuild the coming-soon page around the 1 October launch:

  • Countdown ring and hook driven by VITE_APP_LAUNCH_ISO, with the headline
    date derived from the same constant so the two cannot drift.
  • Waitlist form replacing the join card, with a full-width submit button.
  • Build-time SEO: SEO_ROUTES is the single source for the injected head tags
    and the generated sitemap.xml. Any origin other than PRODUCTION_ORIGIN
    builds noindex with a disallow-all robots.txt, so a misconfigured
    environment fails closed rather than publishing a competing crawlable copy.
  • OG card renderer (npm run og:card) plus refreshed icons and manifest.
  • Workflow writes VITE_APP_SITE_URL into .env.production and fails the job
    when the secret is empty, since an unset origin would otherwise ship a
    healthy-looking but unindexable image.
